You can expect 1 to 2 in-person or on call meetings, where we'll discuss your personal style, preferences for the day, and scheduling details to ensure I capture all the moments that matter to you. I am available for your questions via text or email at any time.

Delivering photos
You'll receive 25+ sneak peek photos within 48 hours of your wedding. All photos will be delivered within 4-7 weeks of your wedding day
You will receive your photos in an online digital gallery; you can share the gallery and download your photos. The gallery will be available for one month.

FAQ
01. HOW MANY HOURS SUITS YOU BEST?
When selecting your package, it's important to consider the coverage duration carefully. Opting for more coverage ensures that all the day's details can be captured without rushing. Choosing a package that suits your needs, whether it's 6 hours for a short ceremony and group photos, or a full 10 hours for comprehensive coverage, allows you to relax, knowing that every detail will be captured.
If you exceed the selected coverage, additional fees may apply.
02. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
These are typically my most posed photos. I generally recommend setting aside 45 minutes to 1 hour to ensure we capture all the combinations you’d like. The exact time can vary depending on your family size and the number of groupings you want.
To make this process smooth, I’ll provide you with a form to list the specific family members and groupings you’d like photographed. Taking these photos before the ceremony usually works best—it keeps the schedule stress-free and allows you to enjoy the rest of the day without interruptions.
03. PAYMENT TERMS:
Once we have discussed your wedding details and you decide to move forward with booking a wedding package, you will pay 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding day coverage.
The full payment is due four weeks before the wedding date.
Preferred payment methods: Cash, check, PayPal.
04. TRAVEL COST
Contact for out of state weddings.
For locations inside Kansas and further than 30 miles from Hutchinson, Kansas, it will be $0.60 per mile starting after the 30 miles.
05. how long does it take to get the film back?
It takes longer to process the film as i have to send it off to get it developed, the delivery of the film can take up to two or three months for you to receive it. this can be due to the lab being backed ordered and shipment taking up two weeks going both ways.
